Yesterday

El helped me with the laundry, well she just mostly drooled all over it but we had fun playing peek-a-boo with the sheets. 

 And then Curt came home...

she loves playing with her daddy.

Then last night as a lay in bed trying to sleep listening to Curt snore I start to hear nosies from the baby monitor, yep El was snoring too! around 3am a wake-up to the dog snoring. true story, i find it funny, but thats just me.

New Grass

We reseeded our grass about 3 weeks ago, a Curtis is still not letting us on it. Today was a beautiful day. So while curt was at work we decided to play on it.

I think she really liked it!

Truck or Treat

Tonight was our wards Truck or Treat. There was a really good turn out.

Elnora went as Slimer. My very talented mother made her costume. Thanks mom! She looked so cute. And of course Curtis was a Ghostbuster, We just made patches to go over Curt's uniform shirt.

Little Vampire

When Elnora is hungry she likes to suck on fingers, hands, and arms (remind you of Leggs anyone) anyways I put Elnora on my shoulder to take her to her room and change her bum, and she starts to suck on my neck. It made me laugh, and so i had to share. . .

New Things

Just a few things that have been happening here...

1. Curtis FINALLY went to day shift. His first day was on Monday, He woke up at 5am, I'm very proud of him. Its been really nice having him home for dinner and having his help putting Elnora to bed.

2. Last night was Elnora's first night sleeping in her crib. she went to bed at 8:30 and didn't wake up until 5:00. ate, then went back to bed until 9:00. She is such a good sleeper. Rufus slept the whole night at her door. we might have to put his bed there from now on.

3.Elnora loves to be naked, every time we change her clothes she laughs, it makes its hard to be mad at her when its the 5th outfit she has spit up in.

4. And last because she's just so dang cute, a picture of Elnora in her pretty dress.

2 months

today Ella had her 2 month check up. She did really well. she had to get 4 shots and the nurse said that she calmed downed really fast. The Doctor said she is looking good and that I can stop waking her up in the middle of the night to feed her. i'm excited about that. She did grow 3 inches this last month

Today Curtis finally talked me into letting Elnora swim. She loves the water, and promptly fell asleep. But is does to well floating on her back.

A few things she likes to do

1. Be in her swing and watching while I'm cooking

2. Listening too music, mostly Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, and anything 80's

3. Going for rides in the car with Rufus sitting next to her.

4. Bath time, then pooping in her bath water right when we are done cleaning her so it last twice as long.

5. listening to daddy sing to her. puts her too sleep every time.

She got to meet her Grandma, Grandpa and and 2 of her cousins.
I think she really likes them. They were only able to stay a few days.

They get to be here for the week and help out.

Its starting to heat up and the orange trees are in bloom!

Curtis came home real fast to pick up some cookies I made for his work meeting tonight so i had him snap a few pictures for your enjoyment. and of course Rufus had to be in at least one.

It's a Girl
