Surprise Visit

This last weekend my brother and his family came into town and totally surprised me. it was a great weekend, and I loved having them here, maybe next time they can stay longer. Or just move to AZ that would be the better option.

It's spring training right now and the Angels train in Tempe, so of course gower took us to a game :).

This weekend my sister and her family came out to see what a wonderful a place Arizona is. While they were here Rufus got to play with Avi.

151 Cookies

Its really not that many cookies. The chocolate one are being turned into Oreo's, yum. The boys are escorting Obama tomorrow morning, so Curt said I'd make cookies for them. The boys, not Obama. :)

2008 Ford Edge

While our car was being fixed,we were given a rental car. So i was able to enjoying this beauty for the last week.

Even though it was a Ford I enjoyed driving it around town.

And I liked the color too!!
It was a pretty cool being higher then everyone for once. And after driving it and then getting back in the Kia Curtis now wants a manly Turck/SUV to Drive.

late night Costco trip

Last night Curtis got off work early so we decided to make a quick trip to Costco. We were going about 10mph in the left turn lane and the Ford Explore to our left decides to move into our lane. Curtis jumps out of the car, throws his phone at me, says all calm like "call 911, tell them you need Gilbert PD" and makes sure everyone in the other car is okay.

No one was hurt, we moved the cars out of the way to wait for Gilbert PD. And found out that the Ford Explore was headed to Costco too. Small world :)

Now we just need to get sad little Kia fix, and hopefully she'll look good as new.
